I came to the branch to talk about investments and the advisor booked an appointment with Sudipto and it was my first in person appointment with him and I was extremely happy with his service and he has so much patience in listening to my needs and guided me so well as I am very new to investments. If you’re looking for a financial advisor, I would NOT recommend Neha. As someone new to the credit and loan process, I was hoping for guidance and clear explanations, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. She did not take the time to explain the steps in detail, ask the right questions, or provide the level of support I expected. It’s taking forever, always short of staff, long wait time, no one cares about customers time
I like this branch but they need to pay attention to the details. The drive through ATM has been covered in coffee for WEEKS. No one has cleaned it and I visit this atm every week. It’s important to ensure the business is presentable. Do better.
