I came to the branch to talk about investments and the advisor booked an appointment with Sudipto and it was my first in person appointment with him and I was extremely happy with his service and he has so much patience in listening to my needs and guided me so well as I am very new to investments. If you’re looking for a financial advisor, I would NOT recommend Neha. As someone new to the credit and loan process, I was hoping for guidance and clear explanations, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. It’s taking forever, always short of staff, long wait time, no one cares about customers time
I like this branch but they need to pay attention to the details. The drive through ATM has been covered in coffee for WEEKS. No one has cleaned it and I visit this atm every week. It’s important to ensure the business is presentable. Do better.
0 star deserving no one pickup call also one of the worst service RBC wire transfer money .
