The RBC financial Advisor was bossy, rude and unbelievably unempathetic towards our situation. She talked down to us and made us uncomfortable. RBC needs an attitude adjustment and people should stop banking with them.
Banking with RBC for 20+ years and just tried to cash an “endorsed” cheque for $1,300 and was told they no longer accept this. Then when I got annoyed was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager as they felt uncomfortable. Well explain to me why there is a place to endorse a cheque from your competition TD. I am no longer comfortable dealing with RBC and will take my business to them. I would rate <1 star in customer service if possible
