Very disappointing service at this RBC branch. The service is extremely slow, and customers are left waiting for a long time. It was frustrating to see three or four staff members inside a room talking and laughing while customers were waiting to be served. There also seems to be a lack of proper training for some new employees, which makes the service even slower. RBC should provide proper training for new staff and make sure employees are focused on helping customers instead of leaving them waiting unnecessarily. Very poor... read more
It was my first time coming to an RBC Bank today and this was definitely the worst branch ever. The woman that was assisting me today had such an attitude, came off super cold acting as if she didn’t wanna be there and just useless. i wish i got her name. Do better.
