Worst assistant branch manager and staff at any bank i ever dealt with in my entire life
Worst customer service. I try to reset my pin but because I only had my driver license and a digital copy of my birth certificate they wouldn't accept it even though there is only one ID on the account file. I provided my vehicle permit, NOA and insurance but the lady still didn't want to help. This is not my home branch but I came here because I was shopping in the area, I will be closing my accounts.
