My experience with this bank is great, staffs are helpful even evidently tired. My favorite is Lesa, when we are in the line she knows everybody and call them by their first names and she is the go to person I notice. Everybody ask her for anything. Great customer service, Thank you that you have Lesa in your location. Good job!!
Extremely unprofessional, purposely delaying customers. Every time I have to wait at 20 minutes.
