By far the slowest teller experience I’ve ever had. Not just the line, but teller competence.
Disappointed by the customer service at this location. Went in for a service (urgent printout was needed) because web service was giving me an issue and was advised they can't access the info or help me. Went to another banch 10 mins away and walked out with the statement 15 mins later. Recommend avoiding this branch!
Horrible experience at this branch. Most of my experiences at RBC have been great, however this has left a horrible taste in my mouth. I booked an appointment for 7pm with an advisor. I was made to wait 20 minutes because she was busy attending to other clients who did not have an appointment. When I finally got to sit down with the advisor, I came prepares with all my documents for the service I needed. I was made to feel like my documents weren't valid or that it wasn't sufficient.
