Horrible experience at this branch. Most of my experiences at RBC have been great, however this has left a horrible taste in my mouth. I booked an appointment for 7pm with an advisor. I was made to wait 20 minutes because she was busy attending to other clients who did not have an appointment. When I finally got to sit down with the advisor, I came prepares with all my documents for the service I needed. I was made to feel like my documents weren't valid or that it wasn't sufficient. Great bank, Got my new account set up fast. The banking advisor that helped led me through the process, and I got my card right on time. Great service. Highly recommend it here.
I had a very frustrating experience at this branch. Despite there being eight people in line, only two tellers were available, which led to over an hour of waiting. I came in for something as simple as changing my PIN, yet I was met with excessive questioning—even after answering everything correctly, I still wasn’t able to complete the process.
