Something is very wrong with that assistant branch manager. Terrible customer service then you want to use sarcasm and pretend like you are understanding. I used to be an employee of rbc and never in my life did I treat someone else like that.
First of all thank you to all my 1000s of viewers for trusting my honest views. This RBC is my worst experience. They don't have much staff as I had to wait for more than 20 minutes and they need 2 pcs of my ID to change my debit card pin. I requested them that I have 1 PC of ID and if they can send me some password on my phone but they simply refused. What a poor customer satisfaction. I wish not to go to RBC anymore.
First time visiting this branch for a simple card pick up; TERRIBLE UNPLEASANT customer service ever!
