Getting help is like pulling teeth. No one fixes any banking errors. When trying to apply for a visa for a business, the advisor I have never replies and I’ve received zero help since April 2026. If you are considering opening a business with RBC I strongly advise you to look at another bank for assistance.
Such a pathetic customer service at RBC. Attended by Dahlia, who kept on making weird faces on an issue created purely by the bank. How can a bank issue two names on one person's details? Absurd beyond imagination. Instead of accepting their mistake, asked me to get utility bills to verify myself; to which i told her it doesnt come in my name as i live in a rented basement and it comes all in the landlords name.
