I am writing this review based on my experience on Tuesday, February 24th. Around 1:00 PM, there were only two staff members working, and there was a lineup of about 10 people. Customers were waiting in line for quite a long time. I noticed that one female staff member helped three clients during that time, while the male staff member was assisting only one client for the same 20 minutes, even though many people were waiting. Don't waste your time and money here. They just closed my roommates account for not using his account for over 6 months, his reason is tho because they've been keeping him from using his account for over 6 months. So they've closed his account, sent all his money back to the sender and now he has nothing to use. Don't bother with RBC, they don't do nothing but "sit on they're keister's and pick their nose" go to a different bank that is not RBC
