Horrible bank they will gladly scam you then blame you if you don’t have proof they will take your money nothing you can do. Had several issues can’t even talk to someone that will actually assist you. Avoid RBC unless you like to lose your money without knowledge. Also the million question challenge before connecting with a representative only to have to repeat everything and treat you like your worthless.
They are always short staffed, it is very frustrating as you try to do online banking and calling but they tell you to go in person, when you are in person they tell you to call. Things can never be simple and easy, if you need something done make sure you have at least an hour just of waiting

He explained everything clearly, helped us understand our options, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his time and effort, and I would highly recommend his service to others.
Went to bank today and manreet brar was very rude because I forgot to bring my debit card. Was not friendly. Now I know why RBC reviews are super low here. She acted very entitled. Rude customer service
