Went to bank today and manreet brar was very rude because I forgot to bring my debit card. Was not friendly. Now I know why RBC reviews are super low here. She acted very entitled. Rude customer service
Kiran Khalon, the Assistant Branch Manager, will not treat you with equality if you have change that needs depositing. Other customers will be prioritized over you. In fact, under her guidance, you get to be a bank teller without the pay and audit your own funds, only for them to be re-counted by Kiran. And when I did bring up the unfair treatment, she said the line was long and she thought I had more change. What an absolute joke. Go to the Whatcom branch instead. There are 20 people lining up next to me. There is only 2 working staffs. Ridiculous

Terrible! If I ran my business as you run your bank I would soon be out of business! Under staffed and waiting in line can be very lengthy. No consideration for handicapped
