My husband account was disabled and around $8000 money was transferred to some other account . He’s on call since three hours no proper solution… Customer support is pathetic.. no security in this bank
I am fed up with the poor service at this branch, the line ups on important days are long and slow, so I've moved my accounts to a Credit Union where I don't get charged monthly service charges of any kind, the line ups are minimal, and the professionalism great. Indian lady at the counter always has prying questions about what your doing with your money when you cash a check, very annoying and weird my money my business.
Another year of record profits for RBC and yet they cannot staff the place on any day. Payday Friday and they have 2 people on and they’re moving at a snails pace. They spend 10 x on marketing products with poor returns than they invest in basic customer service like staffing.
