Go somewhere else. Long lineups all the time. They don’t value their customer’s time it seems. Staff are nice and are trying but there just aren’t enough of them. All while fees go up and up and up.
No bank atm can accept deposits all weekend, and even into midday Monday at this branch. The manager of this branch needs to be fired immediately. Line ups out the door. Record profits, service price increases, yet attention to clients continues to go on a downward spiral. Need a shakeup in banking space, they don't care.
I was disappointed to encounter a long line and was unable to receive assistance. Unfortunately had to come back again as my issue was unresolved, however, Akshita was extremely helpful and gave a good solution.
