I had a few questions regarding banking, and Joyce was incredibly helpful and personable!!
Absolutely horrific service. They closed early so I had to e deposit my check and then they held untill after all of my bills were scheduled to come out. I asked if they could set me up with overdraft and the lady inside said I needed to call the number on my card. After half hour on the phone I was told I had to do it inside the bank. So I went back in the bank and was then told I had to schedule an appointment.
I have been a member of RBC for many years and have all of my accounts through RBC. I went to this bank to exchange USD to CAD (cash to cash) as I do not have access to my wallet at this time. I was shocked when they refused to process the transaction because I did not have ID on me. I said I understood, but I would like to just do cash for cash and I can prove that I’m a client. My husband account was disabled and around $8000 money was transferred to some other account . He’s on call since three hours no proper solution… Customer support is pathetic.. no security in this bank
