Thank you to Harshita and Helen for your patience and warm smiles while helping me set up a payment and pre-authorized payments with my personal bank. I was offered options and suggestions to get my payments done on time on short notice. I was in good hands, and despite arriving 30min before close, we were able to finish all of my requests.

The advisor, Anna, was rude and judgmental. I’m a new customer, trying to verify my ID. But my document is laminated so it’s kinda invalid. I kept offer some solutions, and even willing to come back when I have the replacement but she kept nagging about “my mistake”and no solution. I ended up cancelling it. I’m so done with RBC.
2 star on this branch for a reason. What a joke, when manager says I will call you tomorrow. Even fool knows that it's not going to happen. I donot think that it's easy to deal in this branch other than deposit and withdrawing cash. I have a theory. Small branches (local customer deal in 100 to 1000) vs big branches in downtown (Business professionals deal in 1000 to million plus). S: Staff deal with small issues.
