2 star on this branch for a reason. What a joke, when manager says I will call you tomorrow. Even fool knows that it's not going to happen. I donot think that it's easy to deal in this branch other than deposit and withdrawing cash. I have a theory. Small branches (local customer deal in 100 to 1000) vs big branches in downtown (Business professionals deal in 1000 to million plus). S: Staff deal with small issues. Customer service is non existent, terrible overall with no respect to customer time. They have 2 counters open with no line ups. As I approach the teller quickly put up the"next wicket" sign and does her own thing.

A very convenient place to do banking ony the area. Very friendly staff.
Had one of the best experience i’ve had in a RBC branch. Simple cheque deposit with a teller named Afa. She was welcoming, courteous and went the extra mile to make it enjoyable as a customer, which was unexpected. @RBC, give her a raise! She’s fantastic.
