Terrible customer service by the teller and manager. Unwilling to help or give any solutions. Dismissive attitude. I'll never return to this branch. After going to a different branch I was helped with no issues.
After seeing 2 star rating, I became bias and thought this branch service is bad. But not anymore. May be because of new manager. I just want to thanks to staff for solving my issue where other branch and online customer service twisted and got rid off me. I was wondering what's wrong with my account. Anyway, i really appreciate and thanks for the care to manager and staff. Well wishes
