Now door lock in 5PM. What happens if People working 12 hours shift? I can't used ATM for cash. Rbc need make for customer make card keys for unlock door. Rbc make billion dollars i think not too expensive make card keys. Or just shutdown rbc for forever. Thanks rbc for nothing. Respect customers not too hard
Doors aren't open before I need to go to work, but that is all banks in the area .
we withdraw inside then some of us came out, a group of people was trying to rob us so we back in and stayed in this bank to think that we'll safe inside. Apparently, the staff was kicking us out saying that they will close soon and never offer some help. such a disappointment.
