I had an issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction.
RBC North Battleford has the worst customer contact center! Their virtual assistant is useless and could not answer a simple question of what the bank hours at the location in question were. The website indicates it is open on Saturdays, but when my mother went to the location they were closed and you can't talk to an actual person at the location! No wonder I'll never be a customer of RBC!
Not really a great experience at the northbattlford RBC, the girl manager and the mutual funds representative Harsh were are not very responsible with how they treated me. I went in too get a loan and they told me I needed more Information, and too come in whenever without an appointment, so I did 4 days later with all papers and documents that I needed, and guess what I get told on the phone by harsh, he tells me him nor the manager can't help me because they're booked till the 20th, so after days of getting everything in o... read more
