Very Nice Young man. Was super reassuring when I told him I had a problem with my card and very helpful.
Terrible service, their phone line says one thing and their staff here say one thing… really?
I cannot express how disappointed I am in the service by this branch and am now switching banks based upon how slow, unhelpful and unwilling to listen to clients. I stormed out after explaining the situation as I have had the same pay schedule for over a year and always the same dates by cheque but was told too bad and the teller shrugged her shoulders at me saying too bad.
Jaspreet was very kind with helping me out with my business card activation. Really professional and was there to help me solve my problem. Great experience. As a busy business owner, she really saved me a lot of time and saved the day! 10/10!
This has been our go-to bank for the past year or so, and from our experiences the staff here have been very nice and helpful :) Huge thanks to Miriam, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue on our accounts. Really appreciate the great service!
