This branch is a masterclass in how not to run a business. Service was painfully slow, but worse than that—no one stepped in to help. Staff who could have jumped in chose instead to avoid eye contact, like ignoring customers was part of their training. The lack of accountability and teamwork was obvious. It felt like nobody cared whether guests were served or not. I left frustrated and disappointed, and I won’t be returning. If management doesn’t fix this culture of apathy, this place is doomed.
Line literally going out the door, and they have ONE person at the desk to serve over a dozen customers. It's like this everytime I come here. I am not waiting 40 minutes to deposit change.
