Despite the long wait time to be seen, Michael was the sweetest & helped me understand any questions I might’ve had!! Very obvious he cares about every costumer that walks through that door (even offered an elderly woman a chair while she waited in line). Anyways big thanks to you:)

I have been to this branch twice. On both occasions my needs were met and the staff even surpassed my expectations. I dealt with Micheal and Allison and both were fantastic. Will be returning to open some investment accounts. Highly recommend this branch the staff is knowledgeable, patient and kind.

The service I received from one of the employees was very disappointing. She came across as rude and impatient and did not seem willing to wait. She also appeared to finish her shift early, which added to the impression that she was rushing to leave rather than assisting me properly. I understand that employees can be busy, but customers still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and patience. I hope management addresses this because the interaction left a very negative impression
