I had a very bad experience at this branch and will never step a foot In there again. The so called branch manager very unprofessional. Not sure how she become a manager, she doesn’t know how to deal with customers at all. Every single person a this location needs proper training. RBC should close this location or change the stuff . Very very poor customer service.
