Worst RBC branch in the area :/ After over 20mins waiting in the line you find out they can’t help you with your account without an appointment… no more comments
I was a client of HSBC, and was transferred to RBC with the acquisition. I got warm welcome since then. Kevin Sun, the account manager, reached me out to inform the change and new services. He always responded my questions promptly and referred me the best resource. I’m so glad with the services there and I would say thank you to Kevin.
I’ve been a customer since the old Bank of BC, then HSBC, and now RBC. I must say this branch has the most uncomfortable atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. I was told I could not deposit rent cheques for my son who lives in the U.S., even though I’ve done the same at other locations. The explanation was unclear and the interaction felt dismissive.
