Had a RBC Business account for over 15 years. Now when I need to see a business manager - I need to wait over a week for an appointment. Spend 2 hours on hold on a phone or worse - fall into the loop of AI transfers. Wait a week for an email response from a business manager that doesn't even live in my city. Moving everything over to VENN that has no fees and can handle my Canada and US accounts where I can do everything on my own without having to be upsold on everything.
Cannot say enough about my business manager Nicole Thomas. She has been amazing. Supporting me through a difficult time and providing me with excellent advice.
