Im a long standing RBC customer I’ve almost 30 years. I’m new to this branch since 2 yrs ago . Had the most horrible and disrespectful service by 2 customer care reps yesterday . I almost felt like they were racially profiling me … Trying to make me feel like an imposter and doubting me about a transaction I made . Had to pull it up on my phone to prove the balance in my account which did not show up on the teller’s screen . Someone managed to steal my mail and deposit a cheque in my name into this banks atm and take cash and then closed their account and bank refused to give me my money claiming it was a post dated cheque.
