I went into the Rockland branch and the service was great. I had an unusual request that the staff were able to help me out with quickly. They were very friendly and efficient. Thanks so much for making it so easy.
I went into RBC to open a new account for my niece, and the experience was terrible. The staff didn’t seem to know what documents were required, and instead of being helpful, they responded with sarcastic expressions. To make things worse, they weren’t able to secure an appointment with a personal banking representative for three days.
