Calling this bank is ridiculously difficult. Talking to the automated machine is so hard to deal with at times, and then you get held on hold for sometimes as long as 20+ minutes and almost half the time they can't even help you. I called this company to help with my Visa debit card because they froze it and it led to them freezing my entire account. No help at all
Trying to call the people at this branch is such a hassle, automated answering machines may be convient to the bank but it sure didn't help me. After about 7 mins of working through the menu and being on hold I got to talk to somebody in a call center located somewhere else.
