Calling this bank is ridiculously difficult. Talking to the automated machine is so hard to deal with at times, and then you get held on hold for sometimes as long as 20+ minutes and almost half the time they can't even help you. I called this company to help with my Visa debit card because they froze it and it led to them freezing my entire account.
