Everytime I go to the Powell River RBC branch, there are long lines/wait-times to see a teller, and seems to only ever be 2 tellers available. Yesterday when I went in there I saw one guy just standing around for 10 minutes while 4 people were waiting to see a teller. Another man came out of his office & he was very friendly and asking people in line if there was anything he could help with, rather than just getting behind the counter & helping the line-up move along.
