Incompetent employees who doesn't understand the requirements for international wire transfer. RBC website clearly suggests the required information yet they can’t process wire transfer because of additional information. No where it says about needing Swift code. Have a professional development plan in place if employee cant follow their own guidelines.

Worst people working here . I have account with RBC from 15 years but guys at this branch are Least helpful and rude .They talk rude .. worst banking people I ever saw or dealt with in my life.
