Worst people working here . I have account with RBC from 15 years but guys at this branch are Least helpful and rude .They talk rude .. worst banking people I ever saw or dealt with in my life.
Absolute garbage branch….have never had a problem depositing or withdrawing money into accounts until today. When did it become a Curtesy to depot a cheque into your account, regardless of plan chosen. It got to the point that with the teller I had to call the manager over to complete the business transaction. They would also not let me withdraw money because I didn’t have id this I can understand but have never been denied withdrawal funds in my life. Absolutely garbage customer service.
