Sometimes there is a wait, but all in all you're in and out. This is not considering bigger situations you may be going for if you need to see someone for advice etc. I have been for ATMs and for change exchange.
The atm lobby was INFESTED with bugs crawling around everywhere this morning when I went in.
I was in your bank this afternoon and almost done a transaction and the teller left me to assist another client that came in after me. 5 minutes later she returned to finish my transaction which took less than 1 minute. Both her and the other client were of East Indian origin. I thought this was quite rude, the other client was insisting to schedule a meeting at the branch.
