I went in with my father to try to check into a few things because we were switching banks and the lady there was not only a suck up to my father but was rude as hell to me. They were and are very rude I’m switching banks because of there assistance manger who was overly rude to my son for him just pointing out the flaws the had there and for him freely expressing himself and how he felt about a public place she had no right to speak to him that way.
The team at RBC Provost Street are genuinely THE BEST! Personalized service with a smile and nothing is ever a problem. A huge shout out to Will and Roseanne who truly care about their clients and both go above and beyond what is expected. Thank you for all your help and guidance.
