Rbc automated master card customer service didn't response after more than 20 maintained wait,I went physically to fanshawe west branch. Cole ,teller was helpful with my inquiries. However , he rushed me to finish discussing my concerns due to the 4 custerms we're standing behind me though there were two other tellers as well and the banks was not busy at all.. Its not professional at ALL to cutoff customer concern ,conversation, onacouunt of other one unless its the bank policy...to deal with customers. Needs more customer ... read more

I had a terrible experience at this branch. I needed assistance with something that was showing on my credit report and closing a credit card from RBC. I needed something in writing confirming it was closed and the teller didn’t know what to do so I spoke to the manager and the manager was rude, rolling her eyes at me and condescending to me.
