trash wont send me the card i need to buy things online cuz at this bank you need 2 cards just to buy things..... the app trash.. doesn't even work on a tablet or large phone. the email links you get dont work. and many more small things that make daily life with rbc very annoying. ill be changing banks!!!!!
Yesterday I went to the bank and I had a chance to meet two lovely ladies Melody and Sam , they both were so generous and helpful! They helped me in sorting out my account issues very smoothly! Both were so patient and composed! RBC in Wetaskiwin is so lucky to have these gems !

Can not talk to a person by calling the local branch. The phone prompt is a Joke! I recommend TD bank. I will be quitting this bank
