Yesterday I went to the bank and I had a chance to meet two lovely ladies Melody and Sam , they both were so generous and helpful! They helped me in sorting out my account issues very smoothly! Both were so patient and composed! RBC in Wetaskiwin is so lucky to have these gems !

Can not talk to a person by calling the local branch. The phone prompt is a Joke! I recommend TD bank. I will be quitting this bank
I drove all the way from Edmonton to cash my paycheque because this bank is where the cheque was from. They refused to cash it even with my paystub and ID because they couldn’t “verify” who I was? Is that not the point of an ID? Rude customer service and could not be reasoned with even when I offered to open an account for traceability. I would recommend banking with TD over RBC any day.
