Je suis nouveau au Canada et je suis allé à cette succursale pour obtenir de l’aide afin de faire un paiement sur ma carte de crédit. Le conseiller était très lent, évitait mes questions, et répondait seulement à ce qu’il voulait lui-même — comme s’il récitait quelque chose sans vraiment comprendre son travail. Je suis reparti sans aucune solution. Très déçu du service. Il faut plus de patience, d’écoute, et de professionnalisme, surtout avec les nouveaux arrivants.
ATM NOT OPEN DURING NON BRANCH HOURS.
Ça fait plus que 10 ans que je suis cliente avec cette banque et je n’ai jamais vu une incompétence dans le service que j’ai vu aujourd’hui. La personne qui était supposément dans le service à l’avant n’a pas su répondre à ma demande ni à ce que j’avais besoin d’avoir comme type de carte. Il me donnait des informations erronées et en plus me demander si j’étais intéressé d’avoir de nouvelles cartes de crédit de ceux que je voulais annuler. The staff is simply rude and with a lot of bad attitude. Since we can’t get help over the phone form RBC we have to go into the branch but the people there aren’t friendly at all. They’re just plain disrespectful.
I came to verify that no one had frauded me and they spend 45 minutes debating whether I'm really me even though I had every ID and type of mail you could want. Then they didn't care to check that my accounts were okay, and they were rude on top of it. They don't care about fraud prevention at all, stay away.
