Rude and bad customer service from both teller and manager.
Can we please get rid of the AI assistant when you call, you can never get a hold of anyone who actually works in the local branch. So frustrating and lousy service.
Generally not pleased with the service. Opened a HELOC, and day one a mystery charge of 572$ was made, and they haven't been able to identify what the charge resulted from. I closed a mortgage and opened a new one under the HELOC so I can only assume it's interest accrued but they're lack of awareness is a major red flag.

RBC is TERRIBLE for small business. I’ve been with them since 2018 and the last 2 years have been absolutely destructive to my company. They hold CERTIFIED cheques for 5 days. Stating it’s RBC policy, I’m calling above this branch to escalate this situation. 10 certified cheques no that I’ve had to fight with them to release my own money. You’re better off going to a money mart to get your money. STAY AWAY SMALL BUSINESSES UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUE AFTER ISSUE. Negative stars, joke bank through and through
