Absolute garbage. Would give a 0 star if possible. 10 hours away, fly in fly out and they have locked my account. It's 44 degrees here and I can't get shelter or meals. Apparently the only way to fix it is to go into a branch... well that's not possible either because i cant afford a plane ticket cause my account is locked!!!!! "Sorry" seems to be the sufficient answer and takes priority over my health and safety.. im sure the RBC employees will enjoy their meal in their homes tonight though... i guess I live on a island now... read more
The manager went above and beyond today to help me solve an unusual problem. I am very grateful that he took the time and found a creative way to do this. I highly recommend this branch and RBC in general
