Trying to phone High River AB Branch. A woman named Julie working from her home and connected to that branch had spoken with my partner about investments and said she would call him the following Wednesday. That was 3 weeks ago. She never phoned. We live in small town Alberta, but the phone number for the High River Branch keeps redirecting us to Toronto and wants us to deal with someone in Toronto by phone. No thank you. Why can't we just deal with the woman and Branch we wish to?

My account was hacked. My balance before my check was deposited was -214.11. I don't have overdraft. I phoned security for RBC and put in a complaint about my account being frauded. Went to my bank and talked with management and they pretty much told me I was the conspirator of these actions instead of a victim. They told me it was up to the finding of the security branch to reimburse me. I phoned the Security branch again and they told me it was up to the Branch to reimburse me. Who is lying to me?
