it would be nice to actually talk to the branch when you call them not some call centre with a thousand questions so frustrating
Trying to phone High River AB Branch. A woman named Julie working from her home and connected to that branch had spoken with my partner about investments and said she would call him the following Wednesday. That was 3 weeks ago. She never phoned. We live in small town Alberta, but the phone number for the High River Branch keeps redirecting us to Toronto and wants us to deal with someone in Toronto by phone. No thank you. Why can't we just deal with the woman and Branch we wish to?
