Why is there only one teller on a Monday?????? Nobody else wants to help her???? Line up is to the door!!!!
If I could give a negative 5 star review, I would. When talking to a representative from RBC they couldn't provide a solution to my issue at hand. When I asked to speak to a supervisor after over an hour on hold, I got hung up on! When I called back a sendon time after 20 minutes i got hung up on again! When I called back a third time i got told no supervisors were in the office or available and it would be one or two DAYS until I got a call back.
The staff are slow. waste time chatting. They are not nice and have no respect to clients.
Shane Parker helped me out a lot the last month. He was quick in answering my questions about refinancing and was there for me every step of the way through out this process.
