I went to this branch today late afternoon. Bank was extremely busy. I was with my little kid. I ask security guard if he could help me out because I wanted to open an account. He was very nice and respectful towards me. He called the manager immediately, and the bank manager called another advisor to open an account. I came to this branch in urgent need of a washroom. The security guard confirmed there was a washroom, but gave no direction until I asked a second time. I was told to wait for someone to escort me. I understand the protocol as this is a bank and contains sensitive information. Meanwhile, another customer walked in freely and was asked to wait - after she'd already walked across the hall.
