Booked an IN PERSON appointment at the branch with Ali Sani. Ali calls me before the appointment and tells me he will be in Newmarket at the time, and blamed the miscommunication on the booking system. Is RBC not a major international banking corporation? Is scheduling still really that hard?
I went to the babk in the morning to order a new card the persons was working there named Tony He was so disrespectful The way he was taking and his body language was unacceptable , It was a good design we changed our bank and I am gonna make sure we will completely close the account. So disappointing
Went to get some Euros for a trip. Was told they carry ZERO euros in the bank. This is very poor service, as many travel to Europe all the time. Hope they smarten up & change their policy.
I needed an ATM and this one was working
I had two appointments with Mohammadreza Golpaygan. He told me manager was not here so he can’t help. We booked second appointment and this time he just continued to make bunch of lies. Neither he provides me any useful contact after two appointments. The whole experience leads me to believe RBC hired a car sales person to work here.
