I had two appointments with Mohammadreza Golpaygan. He told me manager was not here so he can’t help. We booked second appointment and this time he just continued to make bunch of lies. Neither he provides me any useful contact after two appointments. The whole experience leads me to believe RBC hired a car sales person to work here.

Very good
Went to the branch with a family member to help them do a withdrawal from their investments... Saw Sylvester. He stated that only the financial planner could do it, which is a complete lie. Been in banking for 11 years and have never seen someone with worse customer service, did not even bother to introduce themselves. Minimal knowledge, would not even tell us the availability of the financial planner. You cannot hold peoples money hostage. If this matter is not resolved next week, the office of the president will be called.
