Amazing staff in general and precisely A guy named CAMARÓN , this is my second visit to this location and in both visits he was very helpful above and beyond to help and provide a great services, not only for me but for everyone he was in contact with during my visit.
Branch hours are wrong. One person working, 5 watching. Customer service left the building long ago and its not coming back. Go to a different branch or pick a better bank.
First time visiting this branch and teller Prajana was extremely helpfull in getting our bank account setup.
I had an excellent experience with Fraser, a teller at RBC. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient in handling my request. Fraser took the time to answer my questions and ensured that everything was clear before I left. His positive attitude and helpful approach made my visit to the bank a pleasant one.
