Very disappointing and worst customer service experience at the RBC White Oaks branch. I first went to the branch on September 10 to renew my credit card. I provided my work permit as requested and was told that I would receive my new card within 10–14 business days. When I still had not received my card by September 28, I returned to the branch and found out that my information had been updated, but my credit card had not actually been renewed. Sadly, I cannot express my lack of gratitude and appreciation to this bank in general, so I guess this location will take the hit. 0 stars are earned for this bank. Their employees on the phone and in person are completely incompetent and do not know what they are doing. I have cancelled my RSP with them and they cannot deposit my money ( we are going on 3 months of back and forth!) They do not know anything about finances, bankruptcy or the law.
