Manager and Sandra both behave like ignorant. Rude, disrespectful, and bad customer service. What's a disgrace to RBC bank.
Disappointing experience.
Staff customer service is very bad; they had given me an appointment for the next day, but when I went, they told me it was not in their system. They do not value customer time.
If there was 0 star ,I have to gave 0 star ,long time wait
