Always a huge line up to see teller. They can't afford to hire more staff?
Very bad experience as I went there for credit cards which I got the email to visit your Branch and When i visited the branch there was a Singh (the Great customer service representative) he told me credit application not accepted as you have already 2 other credit cards. But when I applied online, i got the card and great limit. Can Rbc train these foreign workers to work first before hiring and posting at locations… we are paying you RBC BANK for services you offered but not for this type of behaviour and customer service.
Only two tellers big line up.
