High waiting time, low staff, the tellers seems doing the entire application for clients over the counter and not doing regular teller transactions !!
Refused to cash my cheque, said I had to deposit it for 4 days. Not my paycheque, just a personal cheque that I want cashed and not deposited. My branch does it for me all of the time.
