Hands down the WORST bank I’ve ever been in. No acknowledgement at all. They treat you like you’re begging for their help and they helping you out of their good grace. ZERO sense of urgency.

Garima… she is the worst bank employee i ever met. She don’t know about auto loans and she was so rude. She always call somebody to help her. After successfully waste my 1 hour she said you don’t have loan with rbc and i pay every month it.
Worst service ever received. Bank manger needs to be gone from her position
