My visit was interesting today and started slow and inconvenient at this branch but after the line went too long not to notice the RBC staff stepped in and helped move the line along. There were only 2 people out of 5 desks serving 10 people in line and they couldn't care less about staffing more people or expediting service for a bit but after a while 1 more staff member came to help the line and I was personally helped by someone who came right up to the line directly, a first for me!
