I stopped by the RBC branch in Bolton and was really impressed with how professional and friendly the whole team was! Sarah and Ramandeep were super helpful and welcoming, and Niveen went above and beyond with her quick response and amazing support. Such a great team — thank you all for the awesome experience!
I went here to close my Account without any prior appointment. They closed it in 1 minute without any hassle or question. I would recommend going to this branch over any. I was out in like less than 5 minutes. Not sure why the rating is so low on maps. I kinda felt bad for them and left the review.
