My favorite branch!
I have left several messages for service advisors at this branch and out of last 5 messages they have never called back. I even scheduled an appointment and they never called me. When you call the branch all you get is a customer service line that takes forever. Bank customer service at its finest and so typical.
Terrible service. No client care. Poor customer care. Recently joined and it's been very hectic trying to navigate what should have been a simple straightforward banking needs. Absolutely no client care in branch. Had appt- advisor called in sick. We were not informed. Attended the appointment only to be informed the advisor called in sick. Waited 1hour + for another advisor only to be seen by yet another person. No apologies.... Absolutely total waste of our time....staff have poor knowledge of their services.
