O customer service advisor don't really care to resolve the issue. Manager not around to assist. Very disappointing bank.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Branch Manager Hamed Karzangou. I found his behavior to be unprofessional and rude, which leads me to believe that he is not suited for his position. As a client who has been consistently paying significant fees for several business accounts, I believe I deserve a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of these expectations.
Worst branch ever. Really should start from the top & fire branch manager & everyone down & put people that like there job & actually want to be there & understand customers deserve to be treated nice.
