They should, in my opinion, be aware of basic ethics while dealing with clients. Naturally, I asked a woman who worked there if I may use their restroom, and she granted me permission. But when I returned, the man (Mattias) behind the counter asked me repeatedly, in a nasty tone, "Who let you use the restroom?" I thought that was disrespectful since they should talk to their other employees and stop demeaning individuals of different races.
It is impossible to phone this branch!!!!
