Honestly you would be treated better anywhere else. Only ever had bad experiences with this bank, I can't change my bank soon enough.
There are two banks in Sackville. Scotia, and RBC. I had a terrible experience with Scotia this morning. I went to RBC, and they gave 10/10 customer service. Special shout out to Heather who was so pleasant, fun, and kind.
The staff at this branch are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a client of a few different banks over the years, but feel the most confident about the service at this one.
My partner tried to open a student line of credit with Nancy. She was provided all the information that she needed to my partner's knowledge. She then proceeded to ghost my partner. It's been almost a month of radio silence with no answer to any of his emails.
