Had a meeting and was told what we needed to do with my late father's estate. Did all the things they told me to do. Then make an appointment, like 3 of them that kept getting canceled on me. Today we were sick and missed our appointment so they called, to tell us that everything they told us in person was a lie and we need to get a lawyer? I left our in person appt wanting to switch banks to them, i now would recommend to go elsewhere. I dont want a bank that lies to its clients!
It is impossible to call and speak to someone at the branch. It's pretty frustrating.
This bank will find any and every opportunity to charge you extra fees for their "services". This even includes them manipulating transaction dates in order for them to extract more fees from their customers. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Great customer service! Easier to go in then to use bank machine. Line up there none at the bank.
