The stench of perfume inside this bank is horribly overwhelming.
got an RBC WESTJET credit card, though RBC is not my bank. Went down at lunch today to find out how to pay my card without opening an account. They closed 12-1 for lunch ! and only open 10 am-3 pm on bank days!! I work full hours and struggle to get time away!!! When am I supposed to get access??? Now on the phone with the rudest AI phone service ever.. finally put me in line for a live body.... still waiting. They close in 20 minutes... likely won't get service today!! :( No wonder everyone banks elsewhere !!!
