Poor customer service.... I have been a client over 30 years, and was not allowed to use the restroom... Told to go to Walmart. Misplaced gold card and was told I must reapply like a first-time customer. Very disappointing experience

The old lady that works the desk is too busy talking to customers about everything else except banking. I get small chit chat but to blatantly ignore a massive line up of customer is disgusting. She is also RUDE to customers and her fellow co-workers. She needs to retire. If I walk in because I need to do do banking in branch I will turn around and leave when I see her. DO BETTER RBC this woman is a horrible representative of your bank.
Went in to get some paper work transferred to my name. Was unable to since the manager is off all day and not back till Friday. Lol how is it possible for the manager to leave and not have anyone available as a manger to run a bank branch. I run a business working 12 hour days. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional to not have a manager or acting as manager in a small town. Next nearest bank is 20 mins
