The old lady that works the desk is too busy talking to customers about everything else except banking. I get small chit chat but to blatantly ignore a massive line up of customer is disgusting. She is also RUDE to customers and her fellow co-workers. She needs to retire. If I walk in because I need to do banking in branch I will turn around and leave when I see her. DO BETTER RBC this woman is a horrible representative of your bank.
Very helpful and excellent customer service
I've been banking here for 13 years and one of my favourite employees is the elderly lady behind the counter. Every single time I have been here everyone is pleasant and helpful. RBC has always been my favourite place to bank as they always have an excellent attitude. I don't understand why anyone would have any complaints!
Poor customer service.... I have been a client over 30 years, and was not allowed to use the restroom... Told to go to Walmart. Misplaced gold card and was told I must reapply like a first-time customer. Very disappointing experience
