This branch is good with kindly staff. They are very polite. One of them is Nazanin. Thank you Nazanin for helping me in your branch.
The tellers are great, once you get a chance to talk to them. Extremely long wait times. Seriously considering moving my money.
Very poor service by Nazanin beyousi, not sure why you guys have her for customer service, when she doesn’t even know, how to greet people. You should do something.
This bank by far it's the worst service ! There is always shortage of personel and I am super disappointed! Please think twice opening account here in RBC Keswick!
