Over the phone A.I bot is terrible, will not let you talk to person and hangs up on you if you ask for a human.
I had a negative balance come out and I had asked the male manager, if I paid it off the same day would my payments bounce and would I get NSF charges. He said you should be fine and if there is NSF we will reverse it. Well I come back in the following Monday to get the NSF reversed because it was my last 160$ before Christmas. The lady pretty much told me tough shit and that the manager told you that… not me, that she’s not reversing anything and to have a good day….. merry Christmas.
i was young when i first came here with my dad any the employees were really nice to me. when i got older and got my client card they were still nice too!
