If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. While their hours of operation clearly state that doors will be open at 6 am, many many MANY times they have been locked past 6:45 am. Staff have been made aware on multiple occasions and absolutely nothing has been done. The person in charge of opening the doors has found me waiting several times, and have been disrespectful and ignorant, and had the nerve to ask me "what are you doing here anyway?" Waiting and still waiting.
I love the regular staff at Pembroke RBC and the Manager Ryan is phenomenal. However today Ryan was off and there was a lady in his office. I assume was acting branch manager for the day, she looked out saw that there was business accounts and resumed talking another staff member about outfits for their Gala. Once she finished her conversation she then came out to check on a training employee that was waiting for an override, who had to go to someone else for help.
