Customer service helpline is pointless. They need to update policies on putting holds on cheques. It should not matter how you deposit the cheque. 1 week hold on government cheques is insane. Cost of living is too high to make people wait to access their money.
The manager at this location does not care to help rbc clients. Both times I’ve been in there with issues, manager won’t see you and when the tellers “speak to the manager” for you, they just say there’s nothing they can do, even when the error is on their end. Been banking with RBC for almost 11 years now and im getting exhausted dealing with how little they care about their clientele unless they’re wealthy. But this location specifically has been frustrating to deal with!
Virtual call assistant is a waste of your time, useless and over explaining. Cannot speak to a live human being for assistance. What a joke
