The folks at this branch went above and beyond for my mom this week, I cannot thank them enough! Not only did they act quickly to protect her from a sketchy situation, these kind people helped her block a caller & gave her extra fraud protection information. As a daughter on the other side other country, hearing the story brought tears of gratitude to my eyes. Thank you all so much <3
Anywhere but here. Obnoxious staff, terrible service. No support for small business. They take for granted they are the only bank in a small town. They have cost us so much time. Insulted us personally and professionally. They have made more errors than we can count. The staff is clueless and lazy. I have never been flipped sass from a teenage girl like the women in that branch. Literally had a teller once say - 'sometimes I get the quarters and nickels mixed up' Cannot wait to change banks!
