Went about 11:50 am today, 2 tellers on, 20 in line up to the entry door, 3 staff walking out for lunch at noon staring at the line, Manager and 2 staff chatting away in the background through the whole period with zero regard for customers waiting, spent over an HOUR standing in line, back was killing me from standing that long. Tellers doing their best and lady that helped me delightful… this is a MANAGEMENT issue… or lack there of !!
Here's the email I just sent the BUSINESS BANKING credit department: "Thanks for letting me know that everything I sent you is insufficient. But, as you observed, I'm not a credit seeker, so I'm not going to jump through hoops for you. I'm your customer, not your employee. If you don't have what you need to serve me, don't try.
