After standing in a line for half hour there was tellers doing their job but the lady that sits on the right hand side this was Monday March 17th. She was socializing with a client the whole time I was waiting. I couldn't believe my eyes/ears. Long line of people and you just ignore the customer service and chat up the clients.5-7 minutes ok but with a line of over 10 people??? I'll be closing my account that I just opened because this is absolutely disgusting. What a shame
Worst managed bank in Hamilton . Always a huge lineup and never a full staff of tellers . Month after month year after year they refuse to hire more tellers to move the line along . Average wait in line is 20 minutes . Makes no sense . Incompetent management.
Horrible experience. It's always this branch, seems like it's run bunch of idiots. They should rename it to racist bank of Canada. They're not willing to help you no matter what. The white lady with long blonde hair told me i can't make a bank transfer to another RBC account, and the third party account owner needs to be at the branch. What if the party is at another branch?
