I had a very upsetting experience at this branch. The service was not just bad, it was disrespectful. The staff, including the woman who said she was the manager, were rude and unprofessional. I felt like no one cared or wanted to help. It was really frustrating and disappointing. The staff of bank is very Friendly and helpful. Specially albert joseph he is very nice person. He helped me a lot me.
Called them online to see something the lady ask me where i lived with postal code and unit and city then proseeds to say im wrong she cant help when i told her what i said that was wrong she said she couldnt say this is horriblw treatmeant do not open an account with this bank
This RBC location doesn't deserve even a single star. Came here to cancel my draft, and an Asian young lady had to ask me million questions to cancel a draft she even told me that they they can't cancel it which i knew personally that it is possible cancel. Then she told me to call the company I wront draft to send me another draft which looks so stupid to me , I didn't want to argue with her coz I knew that she doesn't know what she's doing.
