I recently visited an RBC bank on Gouin and had the most horrible experience. There were only two tellers ( one was training )despite a lineup of over 10 people. I ended up waiting over 50 minutes just to be served. What was more frustrating was seeing other staff in the office chatting and not offering to help or interacting with the customers and apologizing for the long wait.
