You really couldn’t honestly ask for worse customer service. Do anything to get your business and then the second you sign on the dotted line goodbye will never help you again! Can’t stand RBC. Closed accounts today took my business to the next bandits
The WORST banking experience you will ever have. The manager, David, is by far the most disrespectful/borderline RACIST individual I have ever met in my 30 years in Canada. This branch is truly a mark of shame for RBC.
My husband and I met with Christine at the Erin RBC branch at the end of April. We had 2 accounts there already. We were looking at moving ALL our other banking and investments to this bank. We explained why we were leaving a competitor bank after over 25 yrs and she did not seem interested. "Our bank is no better than the competitor's bank" is what she told us. So RBC you have a problem when staff have attitudes like that. Sounded like Christine just didn't want to do the work. We closed our 2 accounts!
