The gentleman or the manager has zero attitude With a customer to solve the problem Everyone at front are great Before hiring as bank manager to the RBC bank they need to be trained properly Iam a customer of Rbc since 2006 Iam not happy
I attended this location as it was the most convenient RBC for my needs. Lots of parking, very spacious inside. The front had adequate staff fully loaded. It also has two ATM machines. It seemed as though most people preferred to deal with the friendly staff. There is also adequate seating for ppl waiting for a meeting for more indepth banking needs and ppl who are with ppl in the line, but are not actually banking. Needless to say I was decline to have access to my SDB even tho I had gone to my box few times in the pass . A CSR and office staff refused , due to thier lack of staff not doing thier job right with the setup of the box and paperwork caused me stress and anxiety.
