Nice, clean space and professional tellers
The staff is awesome — always friendly and polite. I’ve seen them put up with some abuse that they shouldn’t have, and they do a great job of ignoring it and fighting through to have a good attitude and help the next customer anyways. I had a unique issue that they couldn’t immediately resolve, and they stuck with it and kept trying some creative things to make it work. I appreciate that kind of customer service.
Had a lovely experience with Kaitlyn today at RBC, she was kind, pleasant and quick! This is the kind of service that makes people want to come back.
