Makes you wait for an hour or more. Not worth your time. They are always short on stuff and they just chat with customers rather than solving the problem quickly. Better to come on appointment only.
Customer service is very slow
I’ve been standing in line for 20 minutes now and there are still three people ahead of me. There are only two tellers available to help us here. So glad I switched my investments to a private investor!
Their financial advisor Kello Georges Dorelien guided me all wrong . Would never recommend him.
