This place deserve a negative star. Ashley was the teller for the business customer. I wantted to make a deposit and she was quick to charge the $2 fee for a deposit slip instead of trying to help me deposit without a hold on a draft. RBC has the highest bank fees in all of the big 5 Canadian banks and I was happy to pay this high fee in return for good service. This branch is the worst and most disrespectful. I had to wait 40 mins in line just to make an apt, its pathetic. Worst customer service ever. Open an account at a different bank. Ive never seen such stupidity. There online apt booking doesnt work, there phone service had me on hold so i decide to drive in and they serve the new immigrants no problem hut the real canadian that built and fought for this country are disrespected. They had a 2.5 star rating before mine and they make zero changes
