A long line had formed, and there was only one employee helping customers at the front desk while several other employees remained in their offices. When the line is getting this long, someone should be coming out to assist and help move things along. It is extremely frustrating to wait so long when additional staff are available but not assisting customers. People’s time should be valued, and the customer service experience here was very disappointing. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a bank.
Great service by everyone!
Lisa was great
