Came in to make an appointment. Kid at the desk couldn't even sit up straight without supporting his head woth his hands. Looked like he hated his life/job. Didn't know anything. Finally got someone to make an appointment for me for the next day. Showed up at said time. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes in line anyway. Was then told they didn't k kw who was seeing me. Still sorting here waiting as I write this...
Negative stars at this point. My husband has been dealing with a fraud issue since JANUARY and has still not had the issue taken care of. The ONLY person at RBC that can assist is the manager, by the name of Jennifer. Jennifer provides her contact information to NEVER EVER return a phone call or voicemail. We are taking weeks and NOTHING. We are told accounts have been closed and have been LIED to straight to his face. This is MAYHEM. No one has been able to help rectify this situation.
