Negative stars at this point. My husband has been dealing with a fraud issue since JANUARY and has still not had the issue taken care of. The ONLY person at RBC that can assist is the manager, by the name of Jennifer. Jennifer provides her contact information to NEVER EVER return a phone call or voicemail. We are taking weeks and NOTHING. We are told accounts have been closed and have been LIED to straight to his face. This is MAYHEM. No one has been able to help rectify this situation. Great customer service. Everyone very friendly & courteous
Customer service requires improvement.
I brought my nana who isn’t very mobile to the branch. She was able to sit in the comfortable chairs that face the tellers and catch her breath while the teller completed her transactions for her. Very professional
Constantly has lines of 10 people and are extremely slow to serve clients, always short tellers but consistently see many employees walking around. The manager and others should be trained to jump onto an empty teller booth especially when there is only 3 and they fail to fill all 3 with tellers.
