Lisa was great
This branch is terrible. Everytime my wife or I go in it is just a bad experience. I actually think this is a training branch as it is never the same person twice, always "new" faces. I genuinely think that the plan is to close the branches and force us all online. We use Beamsville where the staff just seem better informed and friendly.
Terrible service!! Been in twice. Two staff at the same service desk talking. Didn't look up to acknowledge we were there. Waited 10 minutes to then be given attitude. Will never use this braach again. No one seems to care.
