Just went to the Branch to order a replacement Client Card today. Only 2 staff working the counter but no less than 5 people waiting to be served. It took me 25 to 30 minutes to be seen. A number of staff coming and going out of offices but all ignored the customers. My home Branch is in Byron and I would strongly suggest to send staff there to see what great customer service looks like. Wayne Thompson RBC client since 1973.

Why do the woman that work at this bank have to be so rude and unfriendly? Very unprofessional. They act like it’s a huge burden to give out details or how-to do something.
