I would like to thank Afsane for her assistance with an account I have with RBC. The account issue was related to me and nothing to do with RBC. It was late in the day as well I didn't have an appointment. She was professional and very helpful with my request. I understand the banks as well as other retail environments don't have a control of when customers will arrive. Afsane is excellent, professional, very polite and I felt appreciated as a customer of RBC. Again thank you Afsane.
We went to bank to get our mortgage statements. Michelle , one of the staff there helped us. She is very professional and humble. She has a wide knowledge of banking stuff. She is very dedicated to her profession. Thank you MichelleIt was great experience with you.
I went to deposit a USD cheque into my Canadian account, something I do every month. I clearly mentioned to Fatima that it was a USD cheque, but she seemed distracted and didn’t pay much attention. I spoke to her calmly and respectfully, but she cut me off by saying she knew what she was doing. We all make mistakes — I just wish she could have been a little more polite and attentive.
A lady name Judith helped me with setting up the accounts for the business and she explained everything perfectly and made sure that I understand. 10/10 will continue to go to this bank, staff members there are very nice and patient
