A lady name Judith helped me with setting up the accounts for the business and she explained everything perfectly and made sure that I understand. 10/10 will continue to go to this bank, staff members there are very nice and patient

5 stars for Simon Cadick, the best advisor I've dealt with at any RBC branch. Always answers promptly and goes above and beyond to help with any issues I have.
Just went to the Branch to order a replacement Client Card today. Only 2 staff working the counter but no less than 5 people waiting to be served. It took me 25 to 30 minutes to be seen. A number of staff coming and going out of offices but all ignored the customers. My home Branch is in Byron and I would strongly suggest to send staff there to see what great customer service looks like. Wayne Thompson RBC client since 1973.
