Worst Experience with Darota Qaid. She doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. She is very rude and unprofessional. Never gonna visit this branch ever again
Drive thru ATM closed for no apparent reason
Not enough tellers for the customer traffic. Try somewhere else. They're sure to be faster than here.
Every time I go to this branch, I’m faced with absolute incompetence of the staff there. Today I came in with a simple request to increase the e-transfer limit for my business account, and while a teller was in the process of approving it, his co-worker came by and said he can’t do that. Then another teller chimed in, and started telling me about some over complicated process of getting a token, and how it was impossible to e-transfer anything over $2,500 for accounts no older than 6 months.
