Went in to get help accessing my accounts while my missing cards were replaced. The person I spoke to was surprisingly rude, demeaning, and above all unhelpful. Preferred making snide comments about me rather than trying to find a resolution because that's definitely what I needed on top of an already stressful situation.
I made the mistake of losing my phone, and locking my debit card. I had no way of using my own money. But Vivian helped and took care of my situation very well, both professionally and with genuine customer service. She called 4-5 people, to reset my password, 2-step verification and security questions. I gained access thanks to her and she saved my life! One of the lowest rating branch , no employees , long wait just for the portfolio you have to wait more than 45 minutes. And the employees works like snail . Would never come here, for sure. They don't even deserve single star rating
Been in line for about 10 minutes, then a client who was with one teller switched to the open teller. That teller proceeds leave and go in the back and so does another teller. Still waiting both see I’m waiting for service but they both make no eye contact and go to the back. I get everyone needs a break but at the same time especially when I’ve been sitting here waiting.
