All the staff working in this branch are so welcoming, polite and helpful. Our advisor was Ms. Sara Shalmashi and she was really helpful. She explained everything in detail for us and provided us with information which nobody has previously told us in other branches. Thank you so much Sara.
Worst place to do banking, This is the worst branch i went to do make a bankdraft,
Very poor customer service, I would stay away from this branch if there is not any other nearby. The teller has limited experience and professionalism and saying things that dont Help resolving the problem instead by provoking and aggravating the customers more. The bank is good at taking your money without your consent but not replacing any negative overdraft amount for their own mistake.
Teddy Zhang was exceptionally helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure he helped us through our problem and was just amazing. Thank you Teddy!
