I’m new to RBC and had an excellent experience setting up my account with Sara (I unfortunately can’t recall her last name). She was very attentive to my needs, offered great advice and insights, and helped me open the most relevant accounts for my business. I’m looking forward to many more positive experiences with RBC.
I visited the RBC branch today at approximately 11:30 AM to open a new bank account and was assisted by Sara Shalmashi. Unfortunately, the service I received was not satisfactory. The advisor appeared uninterested, provided minimal guidance, and did not make the process welcoming. As a customer, I expected a more professional and supportive experience. I hope RBC can improve customer service standards moving forward.
