Probably the worst place to deal with for anything, staff don’t know how to do anything and the “manager” talks to you like an idiot talking about unnecessary and irrelevant things “you can’t drive a car without a license” I said yeah thanks for that information but if I keep my money at a bank I’m obviously going to come to the bank to withdraw my money. Wasn’t there to to get a lesson on traffic laws
How can you call yourself a bank ?????? You may as well just be a drive-thru kiosk !!!! Why do you have employees in this facility is beyond me.
The drive-thru ATM is so disgustingly dirty everytime I come there like do they EVER clean it!! Did COVID not teach us anything... come on. I used to clean banks for 5 years and it was manitory that all ATM's were cleaned nightly and this was before covid! Get it cleaned RBC!!
Impossible to get past the virtual assistant to get help for one off situations. Sometimes you actually need to explain your request to a person to help you out.
Had a quick and pleasant interaction with one of the tellers, Robyn, I really liked how friendly she was.
