I wish i can Give biggest 0 star , if I could! Terriable service , Worst customer service ever with the "WAQAR KHAN" , i m surprised , it seems like she didnt have knowledge of Banking At all . i waste my Working day because of her. She opened Wrong acc bcz of lack of knowledge and its ended up to visit bank again . It was very easy process she made it of 10 days long , hectic and lengthy process.i really wann file complaint for her to RBC .
I would have given a big 0 rating, if I could! Unbelieveable!!!! Worst customer service ever with the fincial advisors!!!! Made phone call appointments like more than 5x at this bramch and out of the 5 I got 2 calls from them, despite the automated reminders every time we book! Are the advisors getting reminders too for them to call their clients!!? Very slow service U figure they have more than 2 tellers on Saturday noon busy hours Cmon u guys make so much money I’m sure u can hire more workers 20 mins just to make a deposit???
