Impossible to get past the virtual assistant to get help for one off situations. Sometimes you actually need to explain your request to a person to help you out.
Had a quick and pleasant interaction with one of the tellers, Robyn, I really liked how friendly she was.
Met with a woman named Krishna yesterday, she was incredibly nice and provided me with everything I needed. I’m a bit younger, so she helped me understand the pros/cons of all the account options and found me the best one for my situation that would give me the most benefits. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful as well :))
I have never experienced such a situation that was so uneducated and ignorant. I booked an appointment to learn more about the options & services available at this branch, Krishna just let her ego ramble for 10 minutes, relaying 0 informative information, didn't allow me to talk and would raise her voice over mine, so much i had to repeat myself multiple times about the information i mentioned as she couldn't retain a word i said for longer than 10 seconds.
