Première demande d'information complétée en ligne pour une hypothèque : aucune réponse après plus d'une semaine. La deuxième tentative est également restée sans suite. À la troisième fois, la demande est transmise directement à un conseiller, qui répond par courriel deux jours plus tard pour me demander mes disponibilités téléphoniques... puis ne donne plus signe de vie pendant toute la semaine !
