Terrible customer service. If you plan on visiting, budget at least 30–45 minutes just to complete a simple transaction (like exchanging coins or anything that can’t be done at the ATM). Every visit, there’s a lineup of 6+ people with only 1–2 cashiers working. Even when a customer leaves the counter, you still have to wait because the undertrained cashier often needs help from a colleague just to complete the transaction. Mon amie d'enfance est avec cette institution bancaire depuis de nombreuses années. Aujourd'hui, elle se présente à un magasin pour effectuer un achat et sa carte n'a pas fonctionné. Elle pensait que sa carte était bloquée pour finalement se rendre compte qu'elle est expirée depuis le mois de juin. Le problème est que l'institution bancaire n'a jamais envoyé la nouvelle carte jusqu'à ce jour laissant mon amie dans un néant abyssale. Mauvaise service.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this RBC branch. In all my years of banking, I have never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment as I did from a representative here. There was a complete lack of empathy, unwillingness to assist, and a dismissive attitude that left me both frustrated and upset.
