Worst RBC branch ever ! .. Besides the waiting lines taking forever with one person working, communication is horrible: They never listen. Special mention to the branch director. She thinks she's doing us a favor! I have been there many times: Everything is complicated with them: next week, not possible here, schedule a RDV, call for support, etc. RBC: PLEASE CLOSE THIS BRANCH!
