The worst banking service. I would advise to stay clear of RBC. There are other banks who will treat you with respect. RBC is not one of them.
Too slow...too too slow
I visited this branch and asked why I had come to Montreal when I opened my account in Gatineau. I explained my reasoning, but they repeatedly said they couldn't understand why I didn't go to the branch near where I live. I'm an RBC customer and can visit any branch in Canada to conduct business.
