J'ai ouvert un compte en 45min, eu une carte temporaire très bien organisé pour Jean Baptiste Les frais sont moindres, le conseils et le sourir sont toujours présent. Un rendez-vous décalé au début car problème d'organisation mais l'erreur arrive à tout le monde. On est humaine. Franchement très bonne endroit et pour le moment une très bonne banque
Temps d’attente extrêmement long, même pour des opérations qui doivent prendre 3 minutes. J’ai eu une personne très sympathique de mon côté, mais le temps d’attente n’est clairement pas tolérable.

After multiple follow-ups, I am still being asked to wait with no accountability. A formal complaint has now been filed, and I expect a serious and professional resolution.
