Understaffed as a 2 minutes transaction takes 20 minutes of waiting in line. This is the largest bank with the least employees
I was shocked by some of the reviews I read here!! Be careful! Some folks may simply not understand they have created their own problems; some have no patience to wait (a little bit!) in a busy downtown branch during peak hours. My story is a better reflection of the quality of RBC's service: my late father banked at this branch (he was a lawyer), and I have fond memories of visiting the branch as a little girl and as a teenager. Tellers are very slow. Had to wait a long time in line just to collect a stupid credit card. I've never had to do this for a bank, why not ship it instead?
