Extremely disappointing experience with Royal Bank of Canada. I reached out to the bank for help regarding problematic payments totaling nearly $2000, but received no real support or clear resolution. After multiple follow-ups, I am still being asked to wait with no accountability. A formal complaint has now been filed, and I expect a serious and professional resolution.
i submitted a wire tracing by the ABM about 4 50,000 usd IMTs. It’s been 45 business days since we submitted the tracing and still we didn’t locate the money or even an update. She’s clue less just like the wiring team who are not trained at all about the IMT system purchased from HSBC. Super rude, limited knowledge and no feelings at all. They are refusing to give me a single update about my funds whether they’re being investigated within Rbc or traced internationally.
