WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM… Had an issue logging to my bank account online, had to talk to FOUR different employees about it, still no one could solve it, and on top of that, can you hire people who know how to speak English in the first place?!! I mean come on this’s Canada not Asia …Therefore I’m closing my account with RBC to never return! …Zero star!

Some guys working there just try their best to make you fail to do anything😁. It was not a good branch before, but not so bad.
I used to take my Mom to this branch to do her banking. I have always found the staff here to be very helpful,polite and efficient. In my opinion one of the the best run bank branches in Calgary
Easily the worst banking experience I’ve had. My wife and I share RBC credit cards. During the Canada Post strike, we were told our cards were lost in the mail and that replacements would be sent to our local branch for pickup. Visit #1: I was allowed to pick up only one set of cards and told my wife would need to come in with her own ID to collect hers. Fair enough.
