I visited the branch today around 1:20 PM and received excellent service. The teller (Sorry, I forgot to catch their name) was incredibly patient and helpful while assisting me with a PIN reset and setting up direct deposit. Their professionalism and kindness made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the care and attention I received! Thank you:)!
WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM… Had an issue logging to my bank account online, had to talk to FOUR different employees about it, still no one could solve it, and on top of that, can you hire people who know how to speak English in the first place?!! I mean come on this’s Canada not Asia …Therefore I’m closing my account with RBC to never return! …Zero star!

Some guys working there just try their best to make you fail to do anything😁. It was not a good branch before, but not so bad.
I used to take my Mom to this branch to do her banking. I have always found the staff here to be very helpful,polite and efficient. In my opinion one of the the best run bank branches in Calgary
